Home Redevlopment Area #2 Plan - Adopted

On June 16, 2020 the City Council approved the redevelopment plan for Redevelopment Area #2 (Block 10 of A.D. Evelands Addition).  This block is located between Deny's Super Value and Perry Park.  The Redevelopment Authority of Algoma met on April 22, 2021 and certified the plan.  The City of Algoma is applying for a CDBG Grant that would help fund a project that would lead to the redevelopment of Redevelopment Area #2.
