Algoma City Residents – Important Notice About Garbage & Recycling Bin Placement from Advanced Disposal!  Placing bins on top of snow banks is causing the wheels of the bins to freeze and break off.  Bins must be placed at the end of the driveway, in front of the driveway, or in a shoveled off area with enough room in between for the bins to be picked up.  Advanced Disposal will not empty bins that are put in or on top of a snow bank.
